Bower's Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a passionate Plumbing Service Manager who thrives on empowering and developing our technicians and apprentices.

Job Description:

Motivate and train our technicians and apprentices to uphold our core values.
Drive excellent service through support of training and development programs and initiatives.
Support technicians in providing high-quality installs each and every time.
Line out projects and support technicians at the field level to ensure success.
Pursue personal growth and leadership development.
Partner with fellow managers to meet profitability goals.
Ensure adherence and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Possess and Maintain a Journeyman’s or Master’s License and proficiency in all plumbing tasks.
Minimum 5 years of plumbing service experience and 3 years of management experience.
Excellent customer service and intercompany relationship skills.
Teach, train, and lead by example.
Excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to collaborate and contribute.
